Motorcycle listing page won’t load

It might be the same problem as listing a car where you get a grey picture of a car then nothing else, in which case, try the info provided on this other post that worked for me and others. Good luck.

No matter how I try (on my iPad) I can’t list a motorcycle for sale. I can list cars, general items, motorcycle kit and spares, but all I get is the screen “The #1 place Kiwis sell motorbikes”. I have followed the instructions all the way through, even deleting the app and it’s the same. I have even tried using my phone and it’s an identical issue.

Kia Ora Simon,
Just checking you are going through to the Desktop site to create the Listing via your iPad &/Or phone? - Motorcycles have to be created through the Desktop site - the Apps don't yet have the same functions as the Desktop. - You can get to the Desktop site through your Device Browser by typing TradeMe.co.nz - Cheers.

The same problem as the first comment:Please help I’m trying to list a motorbike, I click on motorbike but it won’t load the page and just shows a picture of a motorbike… have tried desk top site and mobile site, please HELP!
We will have to try Market Place or Autotrader? We have two other motor vehicles to sell too.

Kia Ora Carey,
Clear your Device Cookies & Cache - redundant/corrupt cookies take you to this page which doesn't load. - How to Clear Your Browser Cache & Cookies: On Any Browser
If you still have trouble, many members have found success using the following workaround, albeit for cars it has worked the same for motorbikes - Unable to list item. Very frustrating – Help - Trade Me
As above, motorbikes have to be Listed via the Desktop site Not the App. - Cheers.

Ok, I have followed all these actions with no luck. Not a computer wizard but can follow instructions. Just don’t understand how I can sell a car but not a motorcycle, if its my computer/iPad/phone that is the problem. I have sold motorcycles on the TradeMe system for 10 years then it all stopped.

Kia ora Simon, if you've tried all the advice above and still haven't managed to get your motorbike listed, hop onto live chat and ask to 'talk to a person'. One of the team will be able to take a look and help you out.
