Difficulty posting review of Tradie saved in Watchlist

Hi Deb. You can add a review by going to the service providers listing page. Under all the details of the service are the reviews and a blue button to click to add yours.

We are a tradie and our clients are having trouble leaving reviews. The web page says the problem will be fixed but it looks like this is an old issue?

Do you know if your clients are accessing your Trade Listing through the Desktop site or via the App? - I am on an HP Laptop - Desktop site - Windows 10 - MS Edge Browser and just trialed access with success - hence wondering if this is possibly an App issue?
Example:
You can trial the Desktop site from your mobile to see if this makes a difference perhaps to give the TM tech team an understanding of where the issue is possibly occurring - Cheers.

Deb here. I was only able to post a review using the website. The App didn’t even show the “Add Your Review” button the Trademe answer referred to.

Cheers Deb, - I have just asked the TradeMe agent on the Chat line whether or not this is a feature which should be on the App site Or is being developed for the App site - I am awaiting email confirmation so will update when that comes through - Thank you very much 😊

UPDATE: The Add your review Tab is currently not a feature the App has therefore this can only be placed via the Desktop site, However it is now being put forward to the Development Team for an option to include. No promise of acceptance or time frame here.
Chris, - you may like to include a footnote in your listing to place reviews through the Desktop site in the interim.
