Getting a refund of success fees
AnsweredI applied for a refund of success fee as the buyer made no contact or payment. So I offered to the other bidder/watchers, which was accepted. So I tried to get 1st success fee refunded, only to be given msg that there was an issue being worked on. Is it really? Or just TM making it difficult to get refunds?

I believe TradeMe are aware of this issue which has affected a small number of Listings - Meantime you can contact TradeMe staff through their "Live Chat" facility for assistance with this.

Yes Niki, I got that same message this morning on the new site when I applied for a fee refund. I tried a couple of times and checked nested scroll bars in case, but no joy. I notice there is no option to tick to say to send the buyer your phone number like there is on the old site, just a field for your phone number and a note that it's optional. I already have my phone number in my auto payment instructions so no need to send again, so I leave it out. Maybe that's the problem as it's not asking a question on the new site like it does on the old site, but simply saying they will send the buyer your phone number?
I went to my old site desktop sold page and requested a fee refund through for the same item no probs.


On the old site, if you choose to send your phone number but don't put one in, then you don't get the Next button, where the new site doesn't ask you the Yes/No question.
