Black list buyers using a different account?

Hi Ryan. No, but a generally seller should only have one account. There are some options to have more than one account. People running a business on here for example are allowed a private/casual account in addition to their business account.
If you know (or suspect) someone has more than one account then you can report it to Trade Me. No harm in asking them to check it out if you suspect it.

If you have concerns with a suspicious buyer / Member contact Trade Me, they can investigate, But they cannot tell you yay or nay,
If you think they are, Just blacklist so they cannot buy from you again, Sometimes we may get it wrong, but better safe than sorry,
but plenty more buyers out there, But you learn to read the signs, some not so smart, simple slip ups, sent same address etc.
I have had a few recently, for reasons I have picked it up,
One is offering FPO manually, Blacklisted Member and another member watching all the same items, both same location? when other member was winning bidder on some, then after you pick up on connection, via winners E-Mails, names etc. weeks later both blacklisted members watching same auctions yet again??, so on edge for a 3rd account to pop up,
