Giving bad feedback about a broken package and then getting bad feedback back as payback. Hi Trademe, I gave someone some feedback (the red face) and explained that the communication was excellent and timely, however getting the product (figurine) with a broken tail possibly during shipping made me give them the red face. I want to know how we are able to sell and list things on trademe without having to go through the process of getting a dealers licence or informing ird and that sort of stuff. When is it classed a business if your selling second hand goods?
