Hi all   I've sold quite a few things since t he shipping changes took effect (having each city listed etc) Normally I select "New Zealand" and put in the shipping price, However, quite a few buyers have won auctions and have not paid shipping, and have said that my listings say "free shipping in Auckland" etc. I'm sure that I'm missing something - what have I done wrong? Or do I really have to select each city and put the price in. What's the best way to do it? Not my products, please......    

Hello there, anyone else charged with success fees today?   I am not an in-trade seller, but I was just upgraded to top seller, could that be the reason?   If that's the reason, I don't want to be a top seller. Why was I charged a success fee today?   Let me guess - something to do with the new/old system bugs......
