Thanks Carol- youre a gem with that additional info. I did wonder about the price paid showing as only Aramex is available to book with a $1.33 price reduction as I quoted the NZ Post rate. I wondered if the buyer might see this and ask me to $1.33 refund by bank account, the same way they paid me- ugh! In the end I kept pressing back and refreshing and NZ Post finally showed up for availability, whew.

Hi! I'm using the book a courier feature from my sold tab and just wondering, does the buyer get all the details that show up on my booking confirmation page? i.e. my pickup address and the cost of the shipping paid etc?Or do they simply get sent a generic email with a link and tracking number? Thanks :)
