I dispatched a parcel via Aramex on Dec 16. I was home when the courier picked up the parcel. The parcel has never arrived. I phoned Aramex on January 6 and was told it was in the system and I’d be notified with an update….nothing happened…so I submitted an email enquiry on January 7- they replied today saying they have no scans of my item which means it has not been collected or the tracking number is incorrect…what the heck am I to do?? I’ve sent them a photo of the original booking label, which I booked via TM
