  • Hi there,  Can someone please tell me whether it is the buyers or the sellers responsibility to chase up the couriers (Aramex, of course) when an item has gone missing? I am the buyer and have waited over 2 weeks for the item to arrive and suspect it may be lost by Aramex. The seller has called the courier company, but has suggested that I also need to spend time doing this too.  Cheers, Susan
