I need help, I tried to lodge a dispute for an item that I have not received but it has disappeared from my 'won' list, when I select the transaction from my Ping account it says something has gone wrong. So I have no way of registering a complaint through the trademe systems.  I was advised 10-15 working days delivery, I have emailed the seller 3 times. I have received generic emails advising delays but nothing specific.
