  • I have just had the most frustrating non helpful conversation with the trademe bot! Is there absolutely no option to contact a real person with queries or concerns? Today I requested a success fee refund but I need to ask for this request to be cancelled. The sale has since gone through albeit very late after the closure of the auction. I have tried emailing an explanation but the supported email is unmonitored and has bounced back. I have been burned by none responsive buyers not following through just of late but on this occasion they have now made contact. Frustratingly or coincidentally...

  • Hi is anyone having trouble with this function? I'm trying to Blacklist a member who has been outbidding other bidders to win auctions then not following through with the purchase.  I have tried on my laptop, I phone App, Iphone browser (website) and no luck. I always get the same error 500 message and an Oops there was a slip up message. Incredibly frustrating and maybe Trademe techs need to look at this as it is a vital tool in keeping us safe from time wasters. Any help appreciated. Thanks
