Thank you. The reason I use Home Pick Up is I am in my 70's and oesteo arthritis very much limits my abilities to actually take 5-7kg parcels to any depot. I messaged NZ post and yes have let buyer know. I appreciate it is the silly season, and I would of used Aramex had it been available to the destination of the parcel, as I had ordered one parcel also to them and this was picked up with in 6hours,
