Seems to be gone as part of the site redesign! When is it coming back? Will I be able to retrospectively request a refund when the option comes back? This is infuriating. I'm stuck dealing with a buyer who thinks it's acceptable to insist on picking up and paying cash 7 days after the auction, that shows every sign of trouble and I'd like to cancel the sale and re-list.
