Hi there, Just wanted to see what options are available to me. I recently sold an item successfully. However, I've been contacted by the buyer who selected the wrong (too expensive, rural) shipping option for the auction. They want me to adjust this before they will pay. Is there any way to do this on my end, or do I need to contact TradeMe to sort this out? The difference is quite stark (~$15 vs $4), and I don't want to be charged a fee for $15 shipping but only be paid for $4 shipping!
