I need advice on a recent trade. Aramex left a parcel at my front door last Friday morning. They didn’t knock. I was home at the time. I wasn’t alerted until I checked the tracking details an hour later - parcel was nowhere to be found. I immediately lodged an enquiry with Aramex - they sent me photographic evidence that it was indeed left at my front door and that no signature was required. They instructed me to seek a refund or replacement from the seller. Have emailed seller informing her what has happened but she is refusing to refund me.
