I won a small table and paid the seller for it. The seller then informed me the he was shifting premises. I informed him my brother was coming to Wellington last week to help me transport the table. Before I could collect the table he claimed it was no longer avilable! His words were "it is gone" !! and refued to tell me where the table is located. Should I report this to the Police as it is plain theft, or is Trademe able to intervene and produce a solution?
