I accidentally booked a courier - before the buyer had paid.   I have not sent the goods and I have delayed the courier pick up.  Unfortunately, it's now been one week - the buyer has NOT been in touch or paid.  (I've sent three emails) Does anyone know if you cancel the sale if you can also cancel the courier and be refunded??
