thank you for your suggestions. For example, I wish to use ping to make a purchase. I have a zero ping balance but I can use ping to pay directly from my bank account, Correct?   The bank acc I want to use has to be verified.  To verify the account I am to receive a 4 digit code in my bank statement. I am to simply enter the code and I'm away. Unfortunately I cannot purchase anything via ping unless I verify the account. I have not been sent a code.
