After I won the action , I picked up about 10:30 on18th Nov , put rent house , waiting over 24 hours then plugged power on Sunday 19th evening, but until next day no cool at all , so contact seller , she refused refund.. … Totally different from what she described in trademe！ it’s unfair… please help me , what I can do … thanks everyone

We paid $200 cash to buy fridge , but not cool at all , seller not refund , what we can do ? How can you tolerate such fraudulent trade on trademe ？
