Hi  I made a purchase of the 23rd . Heard nothing from the seller(they are a large seller with over 52000 listings but only 500 old sales in a year) so emailed them last night then got a reply today which said they had sent 2 emails and to check my spam/junk folders. They also want my phone number to enable them to create a consignment note or cant send . Is this normal as I've never had it before . I know its still very early days but stupidly only read their feedback after purchase and its totally shocking and only 81.7%. Thanks for any advice or help  Rod
