  • I successfully bought a household product but it doesn’t fit where we planned it for (a garden/deck awning). I’ve contacted the company four times plus twice through FB feedback - all I am getting is a generic reply with instructions to have it couriered back. I am fine to courier it back but I am not getting answer to how I will get a refund. They are not addressing how the refund will work and I’m concerned I won’t get refund or any communication. Be grateful for any advice please and thanks
