My item was 'sold' for $50 (pickup, no postage).....I have received $48.90 and presumably Tme has the remainder for the Ping fee. The buyer misread the listing so I said I'll do a refund but I have no idea how to do that with the new system. Can anyone please advise me. or point me towards the relevant instructions? I generally go with Aramex because the prices are lower than NZ Post, but on my last few listings I have only been shown NZPost price for urban and rural.....can't get any Aramex quotes at all. Is Tme now insisting we only use NZpost? I know I could do Aramex by going to their website but I don't list a lot and it's convenient to book the shipping in the same place as doing the listing. Any advice gratefully received!
