refunding buyer under the new Ping system
AnsweredMy item was 'sold' for $50 (pickup, no postage).....I have received $48.90 and presumably Tme has the remainder for the Ping fee. The buyer misread the listing so I said I'll do a refund but I have no idea how to do that with the new system. Can anyone please advise me. or point me towards the relevant instructions? Go to the sold item in your sold folder. Once you are in the sold listing, click on the Refund button.

Enter in the amount ie $50 and the the Refund 50.00 button. The success fee and ping fee are automatically refunded to you at this time. It's just the same as on the old system.
