It's really hard to contact them and get to a person. I've tried the chat function (thanks for this @Gary-NZStocked), however, the chat keeps taking you to the page where you log a report. So I'm not sure what to do and how to contact or speak to an actual person :(
I've purchased an item and the seller is not responding. I logged a report to have this removed as I don't trust the seller, but straight after this it shows "solved". I thought this was an error so logged another report and it shows "solved" as well. There is no way to contact Trade Me directly - I keep on getting directed to log a report. Disappointing as I would like to use another seller but not sure if I can?!
