Hi there I have wrapped up my items for the buyer inside a plastic bag measuring 21cm x 28cm, so it is within the Medium Bag dimensions. However it is not flat, its about 7cm deep. Is there a limit on the thickness for a bag? Will I have to send this as a box? Thanks in advance for any help! Natasha
