Hi, thank you for your reply, I made an inquiry three days ago, like there service there has been crickets. We actually only live a short drive from the base here in Richmond. So my husband has just been down to see them in person, apparently they do not have enough drivers in Nelson/Richmond to deliver the freight so Aramax pay Courier Post to deliver and because we are aramax “customers” they make us wait a day or three. It should arrive tomorrow!
As a buyer I always pay freight, could sellers please give the buyers the choice of courier, I am currently waiting for nine parcels all with Aramax, the longest wait is two weeks so far, their tracking does not work and as I dont book the courier I cannot find our any info on my parcel despite the fact that I paid for the freight. Personally I would prefer to pay extra and actually get my goods in time, the parcel that is taking the longest will now be useless to me in one hour.
