How do I dispute retaliation red feedback? We stated on the auction ' payment by bank deposit '. She insisted on cash on Sunday pickup and we said bank deposit only and she should have asked about that before she purchased. We can leave the item at the door for her friend to pickup which has worked fine for 15+ years but the payment must be banked. She said unless she can pay cash on pickup the deal is off. After failed communications we ended up giving her negative feedback and she immediately retaliated  It sounds like she has trust issues.
