Sometimes increasing the price might help, some people watch constantly because they believe a seller will be forced to reduce price if the item is not sold. You can't stop people from watching your listings, I personally won't be bothered and don't care about them. I don't even do fixed price offers anymore, just relist at the same price or higher price, never lower price.

Unfortunately, there's no running away from rural dodgers. Usually when there's a need to get in touch with a buyer, I'll try to send just two emails within 24 hours and leave it after that. I reckon if the first email got sent to their spam folder, the second email might reach them, otherwise, my emails will never reach them. I'll have to wait for them to try to get in touch. I recently had a buyer like that, they won my auction and paid, but my emails to arrange pick up got no response. They eventually emailed me with a different email address (sometimes people do that, their Trade Me ema...

I sold something and it got stuck at "Collected from sender" for weeks, I dropped the parcel at the post shop. When the buyer asked me, I made an enquiry with NZ Post. I was told it's highly likely the parcel has got into the normal mail system (instead of courier) by mistake (I think it's because it's a very small and thin parcel). But it got delivered eventually. I personally believe the seller is responsible until the buyer received the parcel physically. Even when the status is "Delivered" and the buyer claims the parcel hasn't been received, I think the seller is still the one who shou...

Not supposed to do that. But it's been going on for ages, if you have the time and don't mind spending the time and effort, feel free to report them. Trade Me is not able to automatically detect them. It's unfair, but it's also something Trade Me should be fixing, it's unfair to expect us to do their work.

I don't think we are going to get this feature soon, I believe TM is not even thinking of implementing this feature. This manual request for partial success fee refunds has been around since day 1 if I'm not wrong.

Yes, you can use BAC for that. Strange seller though, I specifically mention in my listings that I won't handle courier arranged by a buyer, because they are a hassle and I can't load the shipping price with packaging, etc.

Robyn I haven't moved to the new templates cos I hate them. Just thinking about the issue you are having, can you put those more expensive choices on top in the template? So the rural ones get displayed on top, the non rural buyers would probably keep on reading for the cheaper options below. i.e. in your template, the options go from the most expensive on top and least expensive at the bottom of the list. Do they get displayed in the order you define them in the template?

This could be a "frequent request" but IMHO definitely not crucial, there are so many crucial fixes traders are waiting for, I'm happy this is not on the priority list, or not even considered, for now.

For bags, LF (some couriers) or Large bag (BAC) or A3 size maybe (some other couriers). But should be cheaper by using a "box" and put in the measurements.

Yeah, you have to keep bugging Trade Me on this. There are sellers who try to game the system.
