Thanks. How do I report this buyer so that others are protected? I’ve already left feedback, but that doesn’t seem to be enough. Secondly, when you make a purchase, aren’t you legally obligated to pay? What’s the point if someone can buy with no responsibility? And what’s the point of Trade Me saying that when you purchase, you are legally bound—unless that’s just for show?

Hope someone can help me, there is no real way to contact Trademe , no phone number , only an email or who knows when they will reply. I sold my,car sent the payment details to the buyer and then he ghosted me . All I would like to do is relist the car , as I have lost sale time . What I cant understand is, I paid for the service , yet I can’t do anything but wait, which is a loss to me for marketing and sale time.
