Hi, I'm still wanting a refund I sent back the item I purchased brother colour label printer and as soon as it arrived I used it to print labels out and a line ran straight down the middle of the label. I contacted the seller straight away told her I was not happy as in her discreption it said excellent condition. I emailed a photo of printed label so she could see it herself. I told her I wanted a refund and I boxed it up and arranged a courier nz post to pick up label printer and had it couriered back to her at her address.
