I've tried multiple times to email the seller but received no reply. I've also been through the Trademe disputes mechanism. Trademe has recommended I go to a Disputes Tribunal. In this case, the item is clearly not as described in the listing. Trademe does not appear to have done anything to sanction the seller. Trademe didn't even tell me what the seller said or if the seller responded at all. How is that a dispute resolution mechanism? Is there any other option available?
