Hi, We brought a replacement Dyson battery for a vacuum, the first battery didn't charge, so we asked for a replacement, they sent a replacement and it had the same issue, I've contacted the seller again with videos explaining the issue, and have no reply, we brought this back in march and had been ongoing every since, the battery had a 1 year warranty as well. We cant work out how to contact Trade Me about it as there site is very vage on how to contact them about this. Any help ? Thanks
