problem with getting a seller to honour warranty
Hi,
We brought a replacement Dyson battery for a vacuum, the first battery didn't charge, so we asked for a replacement, they sent a replacement and it had the same issue, I've contacted the seller again with videos explaining the issue, and have no reply, we brought this back in march and had been ongoing every since, the battery had a 1 year warranty as well. We cant work out how to contact Trade Me about it as there site is very vage on how to contact them about this.
Any help ?
Thanks

Hello Warren. After being down the same track as you with Dyson batteries, really your best option is to buy genuine ones from Dyson directly. If your vacuum is less than 2 years old, they will do this under warranty. Assuming you bought your vacuum new, it's actually good practice to make a note of when you got your cleaner, and set an alarm or something for 1.5 years. Then get the battery replaced.
Anyway. That's all hindsight. For your question. You can contact Trade Me via Live Chat, type "talk to a person" and explain the issue. Have your item reference number etc ready to paste across.
