TM is working to their system, and in the process has prevented me from using the FPO on several of my listings. Has anyone else had this experience? Surely TM has a back up stem to help me sell? After all SALES is what its about. I'm not listing my items as dsiplays for public viewing!
On 20th December I purchased a 2nd hand electric bike. The seller assured me that they had charged it no more than 100 times. Also assured us that we would not need to replace the battery for a long time and that the bike was in full working order. I used it the next day - 15 km on one battery charge. No problems ( though I hardly used the power assist- mainly cycled manually). I then charged it and stored it till 29th December, when I used it for the first time again.That day the battery stopped after 10 minutes. We can't get it to work again. Am I entitled to a full refund?
I sold a blanket which I described as being in excellent condition.I believe I sold it for a high but fair price. As far as I remember I'd ironed it so I am pretty sure there was no damage. 6 days after it was delivered to the buyer emails me that the blanket had " 2 obvious holes". and she wanted compensation. I replied with an apology and asked her to send me photos of the damage and for her to suggest what a fair compensation is. She replied to that email 7 days later saying "do you think I made the holes myself? What an insult. Ill try and send a photo with my phone". Then she gave me...
