I won a small item and paid $125. Said would pick up in 2-3 weeks but due to certain thing happening haven't. Not given address or contact phone number by seller and not heard from them. It has been 5 months and they relisted item. Won't answer e-mails, blocked asking questions on auction and filed a complaint with trademe, though from experience that does nothing. Any other suggestions. They are an active seller on trademe.
