There was a recent post from someone asking why he wasn't receiving emails. I had attempted to get answer from trademe as to similar problems & got the answer "(10:22:08) Tim: Sorry for the trouble – we’re upgrading some background systems" At that time I was receiving most emails but it has now got considerably worse. I've changed nothing but aren't receiving emails re favourites; new offers; feedback posted; free selling promotion; buy now added. How can you run an auction site like this?
I received an email for free selling on the 24th March OK But no emails for discounted selling on 6th April & 13 April & only found out by chance going thru' the process of listing something on those dates. I don't think it's anything I've done - I haven't changed any settings; have trademe as a safe sender; have set to show hidden folders. Trademe's response was - they may have been redirected to a different folder in your inbox, especially considering the nature of the subject lines.
