    ALSO not working at the moment is the ability to rotate a photo either when uploading for then editing from laptop. The photo appears to be rotated when but when "done" isn't retained as rotated & says that it can't be edited. It's not worth trying to get an eplanation from TM as it would be likely I would be asked for endless unnecessary details such as brower; desktop or phone; ad-blockers; clear cookies etc.

    I wasted 48 minutes on TM Chat yesterday trying to explain this problem & get an explanation of the issue. Clearly TM were well aware of the problem altho' you would have no idea of this from the support persons response on the chat - requesting a screenshot; details of my brower; desktop or app; etc. I'm sick of raising problems with TM that I'm certain relate to their app systems changeover but am led to believe that the problem rests with me - something that I did or didn't do!

    Thanks for comments re "Focused" & "filters". I might need some time to work thru' filters but I think I turned off sorting emails into focused - I've got hotmail.com & just 1 Inbox.

    Yep have done that. I've the Junk Email Folder showing on the side bar so it can't be missed.The trademe emails just disappeared - just the latest for the discounted selling, I get all other emails.Could it be the changes TM are making to their new-look site?

    Thanks but yes have read & done all that. What I can't understand is - why was everything OK up until February, then I missed 1 email got the next then missed 2. I was going to ring Slingshot but that looked like I was going to waiting a long time for them to answer. Thanks for your help

    I can understand emails going to a different folder/tabs in gmail - Primary, Promotions or Social - but I've a hotmail account which has all emails going to 1 Inbox; no categories.I know discounts only apply to casual sellers who are selected to receive the email; that's the problem - TM say they can see that they successfully sent me the email; I say I didn't get 3 of the last 4.I didn't get the email but saw that I had discounted selling when I went thru' the process of listing items on the relevant day. I haven't made any changes so what is wrong; what can I do?

    I received an email for free selling on the 24th March OK But no emails for discounted selling on 6th April & 13 April & only found out by chance going thru' the process of listing something on those dates. I don't think it's anything I've done - I haven't changed any settings; have trademe as a safe sender; have set to show hidden folders. Trademe's response was - they may have been redirected to a different folder in your inbox, especially considering the nature of the subject lines. Could you please check if your email provider has categorized these emails into hidden promotion or spam f...

    II was surprised to find that this had changed today. I found that at the very bottom left of the page there's the "desktop site" link that still works for the "Selling" page.

    As per Gary's comment above. I had some-one try to tell me that shipping was free on a $1 item because the shipping cost wasn't specified in the listing & therefore in TM's email to the buyer, but it clearly said & the buyer had selected - "arrange shipping with seller".
