How do i complete an auction where the seller was delayed in sending postage costs. Then requested my address, where they should be prepared with this info when listing the item. Rural or non- rural prices. Seller has been rude & demanding. Unfortunately I've had health & medical issues that took my time away from this as well. I want to complete the auction & buy the item that I won. Help please.
