Yeah. My main point is that as a buyer, you can do your research, check the seller's feedbacks and made a decision. As a seller you're often just stuck to deal with whoever clicks Buy now.   And no worries. That was a fun journey.Lucky I have tech savvy friends.

Yeah, most of the time things go fine and some times ppl just get some bad luck and some bad feedbacks.

Ooohh BidBud will only work for bids. Ppl only really hit Buy Now on my listings.Still a neat plugin.

Yeah, I know I'm overthinking. Just recently had to deal with the feedback dispute process and am super protective of my 100% feedback rating. Will def check out BidBud tho. Thank you.

More of a hypothetical question and curious about people’s thoughts. Imagine someone buys something from you. You notice they have a lot of negative feedback (specifically for buying things) and they start acting a bit off. It’s nice that we can see people’s feedbacks, but once someone has opted to buy from you, there isn’t much you can do but be extra nice and hope they don’t leave you negative feedback. I understand there are systems in place for disputing negative feedback, but it would be nice to avoid dealing with difficult buyers in the first place.

We Did put a neutral feedback on the Other faulty item we bought off them, which they Also told us we were using it incorrectly (despite the three videos we sent and despite the information provided in the listing), until finally admitting we were right and offering us a refund.  Considering the overall way we've been treated both times I think 1 negative feedback is pretty warranted.

The video and info did not resolve the issue. It just showed and explained that the lamp would remain upright If used at certain angles. They also did not initially offer me a refund. After posting the review they resent the same video and info until they later finally admitted that we were correct and the listing was unclear.

We purchased a lamp which stated "can be rotated 360, the bracket can be adjusted by 180."Once received and set up we found it could only be set at certain angles otherwise it would fall over due the the base not being big enough or heavy enough. After complaining they sent us videos about what angles the lamp could be used in.  We decided to keep the lamp, as we found a work around, and posted a negative feedback due to the misleading listing description.  Now they keep emailing us trying to make us take a refund in exchange for changing the negative feedback.I've told them three times we'...
