Have brought 2 sweet shirts and 2 tee shirts through making an offer. Then have the seller come back with a $30 shipping cost. I asked if I can arrange shipping (trade me quote is $11.30) but seller out right refuses! I always offer the best shipping for my buyers. Are we forced to pay hefty shipping?
