I haven’t had a problem since I added the Trademe email addresses to my email packages ‘safe senders list’. I Live Chatted with Trademe and by looking at my account they advised me that my email package had returned the emails marked as spam so they stopped sending them. They ticked the boxes on their system to send emails again and I added their email addresses to my safe senders list and haven’t missed one since that I know of. I’d recommend doing the same.
I am now receiving all the emails again, so adding the addresses to my safe senders list has certainly worked for me.
I have auctions closing tomorrow night so will know then if it’s all back up and running. Interestingly the emails never ended up in my spam folder. They bounced back to Trademe marked as spam so they stopped sending the emails out.
Update: I live chatted with Trademe and hopefully have the problem sorted. I have added the Trademe emails to my email packages safe senders list. Apparently they had been marked as spam by my inbox so Trademe stopped sending them.
I use to have a small number of auctions on at a time but had a break with no listings for a few weeks. I relisted auctions last weekend. One sold using buy now during the week and another couple sold at the end of the auction, while the rest were unsold. I have not received any emails from Trademe regarding any of them. I’ve checked my email preferences under settings and appear to have all the right boxes ticked.
