Trade Me emails aren't coming through

Hmmm that's weird.
Perhaps if you check in with Trade Me Staff during office hours in Live Chat, they would access to their records to see if the emails were sent or not, then you would know if the problem was their end or yours.

Im having the same problem, theres nothing wrong with my outlook settings, and my other email addresses from same outlook account are fine.

Update: I live chatted with Trademe and hopefully have the problem sorted. I have added the Trademe emails to my email packages safe senders list. Apparently they had been marked as spam by my inbox so Trademe stopped sending them.

All of my TM emails are going into my spam email folder also - Every morning it's a go to my spam & clear before addressing my inbox! - There has been a change somewhere which has caused this to happen and I'm interested to hear from you if this has resolved that issue for you - Much appreciated 😊

I have auctions closing tomorrow night so will know then if it’s all back up and running. Interestingly the emails never ended up in my spam folder. They bounced back to Trademe marked as spam so they stopped sending the emails out.

There is a problem with TradeMe emails, because as of the 3rd of August we have not been receiving email notifications from TradeMe either. We tried everything suggested in the "Help" section, eg. adding all TradeMe addresses to the Safe Senders list + Contacts List, and re-checking our Email Preferences but we are still not receiving emails. They are definitely not in our Junk Folder either. We even tried logging out and logging back in again, to no avail. We sent a Help query to TradeMe yesterday (and actually did receive an email confirmation of that query), and are awaiting a reply. It is very frustrating not receiving these emails, something has definitely changed.

I am now receiving all the emails again, so adding the addresses to my safe senders list has certainly worked for me.

Same issue for me. The last three sales I made and none f the automated sold/pay,ent instruction emails turned up. How do I fix this problem?

I haven’t had a problem since I added the Trademe email addresses to my email packages ‘safe senders list’. I Live Chatted with Trademe and by looking at my account they advised me that my email package had returned the emails marked as spam so they stopped sending them. They ticked the boxes on their system to send emails again and I added their email addresses to my safe senders list and haven’t missed one since that I know of. I’d recommend doing the same.
