flossy63 Ah OK. Thank you so much for taking the time to respond, it's very much appreciated. And sorry I was confused and got bamboozled by the buyer. Cheers

flossy63 Thanks for your patience. Here's what was shown on the auction. But I don't know what he saw when he paid.

  • Ben commented,

flossy63 Sorry, are you saying that the customer doesn't choose the carrier when they click to buy? Because he's convinced he selected NZ Post while purchasing (I'm pretty sure I've specified the carrier when I've purchased but could be wrong).

flossy63 Sorry, there's some confusion. I added both Aramax and NZ Post and the buyer selected NZ Post - perfect, no problem. But how do I see that the customer choose NZ Post when I order the shipping?

Hi There, How can sellers see the carrier and shipping type (signature etc) the buyer clicked-on? I've just discovered this because the buyer finds Aramax completely useless and specifically chose NZ Post. But TradeMe chose Aramax when I ordered, which I thought was because of buyer preference. But it seems TradeMe only shows the best price match? Also does TradeMe not re-calculate shipping prices when you re-list auctions (quick re-list etc)? The whole situation is a recipe for disappointment. Buyers think sellers are choosing cheaper shipping and pocketing the difference, or some buyers h...

Thanks for the answer Gary, I understand the payment instructions but normally TradeMe itself will send a winning notification separately from the payment instructions. But I no longer see these TradeMe emails, even when I check my junk. Does anyone know if TradeMe stopped sending these emails?

Hi There,  After winning an auction, TradeMe normally emails a notification with payment details etc - is this supposed to happen or has this changed? If not, where do I now see notifications and payment info? Cheers
