Has the feedback about the phone-unfriendly notification email headers also been passed on?
From memory I "talked" to the help bot thingy with the speech bubble at the bottom right of the page and asked it to get a human to contact me. Less than ideal but it works. Sometimes someone will see the comments here but that's a bit hit-and-miss.
There's something magic the help desk people can do to fix it in a trice - just finding a straightforward way to report it is the hard bit!
Agreed - the new layout is very unhelpful on a phone screen. It's OK on a larger PC screen but see below for what I get on the phone list of email headings now.
Thanks - the Help entry may need to be updated to make that clearer. Though I see the "refine" option just takes you back to the old interface where you have to enter your search query a second time in the "search expired listings" field, so that's inefficient: just adding an extra step to what used to work fine anyway.
The "Help" section still says you can enter a search in the search window and then select "Expired listings" to look for sales that have closed. The option to select expired listings no longer seems to be available. Has it been deleted entirely or just moved somewhere else? This was a very useful function, and if it's gone it would be nice to have it back again :-)
I've just got one of these messages for the first time after 23 years on TradeMe - most bizarre. The number of items in my "My Products" is far from the maximum it's ever been so I'm at a bit of a loss to understand what's happening here.
Succcess - thank you. The "can't find my address" option escaped me the first time round.
That's weird - I'll try again in that case. It would not allow anything starting PO that wasn't a street name just the other day.
I have a PO Box that I use wherever possible for both privacy and security. I get the fact that courier companies other than CourierPost can't deliver to PO Boxes, but with the latest changes to the TM system it seems that I can't enter a PO Box as my delivery address at all. So for anyone wanting to deliver by snail mail or CourierPost I have to send a separate message asking them to use the Box rather than the default street address in my account. I'd rather not have my street address disclosed to anyone except when I choose to do so - is there no way around this?
