Yes, unfortunately there is no consistency. Prices show in feedback on Auctions for 45 days, but not on Buy Now only listings or on buyers feedback unless it's your own, only on sellers. Clickable links to the listings only show on your own feedback or on sellers feedback page, not on buyers.
There is no withdrawal fee charged when withdrawing multi qty listings listed through My Products. There is no way to withdraw listings from within MP. You need to withdraw via the link on the auction listing page, which you can get to via My Products, or directly via your listings. Products do not get deleted from within MP automatically after 45 days. They stay until you delete them yourself.
Lynda, it probably means it has a bid above reserve, ie it's going to sell. I can look at my listings that have met reserve and can see the original start pricing including the Buy Now, but buyers can't of course. Once any auction has reached reserve the Buy Now option is no longer available.
Hi Lance. No, it's not a recent change, it's always been the same that the Buy now disappears once bids above reserve have been placed. It's been like that since I started selling here in 2004. The only time the Buy Now stays when bidding is going on is if the seller has paid to have a hidden reserve, in which case the buy now doesn't disappear until bids have been placed that meet or exceed the reserve. Again, always been like this. If it's set up as an auction, then a bidder can also place a bid that equals the buy now, rather than using the buy now. Have seen many auctions go way above t...

Hi Phil. Basically, look at the Businesses for sale listings here. and see how others do it. To start the process, it's strangely in the General items when you first click on Sell an item, but the process for listing is much the same as listing a paperclip for sale. Title, description, photos, duration, price, T & C etc. Businesses for sale are listed as Classifieds, so you are given online fields for adding contact details you want people to use to get in touch. It's quite a while since I listed a business for sale on here, but it doesn't look to have changed at all, and that category is s...
It's always been like that on here. I presume it's so you can't just go on Trademe, click in to your previous purchases and email the seller from the link there for another purchase and avoid fees. Most people keep their emails anyway, so it shouldn't be a problem.
Andrew, the Help pages are quite clear, but it can take a bit to get your head around hidden reserves. Buy Now is available until the reserve is met – after that, buyers need to bid until the auction ends. Listings – Help - Trade Me
You need to rely on your emails as Trade Me trading history is not kept past 45 days.
Hi Barbara, unfortunately there is no filter anymore for Members, but for now you can use the desktop profiles page to search for members. A tip from many years ago was for sellers to have at least 1 listing with your membername in it so other traders could find you when doing a search and not remembering to choose the members filter like there is on the desktop site. This still holds true on the new site and in fact is even more handy now there is no more members filter. Once you find them, you can always add them as a favourite, and if you don't want to get emails with their listings, you...
