I don't really see how deleting Internet banking but still leaving cash is better protecting buyers and sellers? I sell to a lot of businesses and they often don't have Ping setup so prefer internet banking. At least internet banking has a trail where cash does not.
Hi Adriel. I've never seen a published list, but Trademe uses a subset of the markdown html language. There are some basic formatting things you can use so just have a bit of a play and see what's what. You need to ensure there are no spaces between the special chars and your words eg this = ** not bold**, but this = **bold** . In a sentence, if you want just one word **bold** then just put the asterisks around that word. Markdown========*I'm italic***I'm bold*****I'm bold and italicised***# I'm a heading~~I'm struck through~~- Bulleted list item 1- Bulleted list item 2
Or, have the chat bot there all the time (so people know it's actually there) and have it show as active, or not, or a message on it saying the hours manned or whatever.
Hi Gary. Trademe have changed their authorisation login system recently, which seems to be causing lots of problems as different pages use different auth systems. It keeps logging me out and even when clicking from one logged in page to another. Lots of errors come up on the Motors start listing page, including auth errors. I get the same problem as you, ie the grey car and nothing else. I got around this by doing this. Go to Trademe home page. Log out While logged out, go to the homepage, then Motors, then Sell my Vehicle, then Cars. Then click either by plate or manually. You are now aske...
Good that you have had some contact. A week is the general time unless something else has been organised. Give them a set day to receive payment by and stick to it. If that day comes and no payment, then apply to Trademe for a fee refund. They will give the buyer 3 days to reply. If they don't reply to Trademe, after those 3 days you'll get a refund of your fees. Leave feedback and relist. Genuine buyers will have no problem paying before pickup, and that's the usual way for contactless transactions these days anyway.

If you still get an error in BAC when using address manually, or just 1 courier rather than 2 show in the list it is usually the post code not recognised Repeat manual entry, ie choose Can't find your address?Put in the addressLeave out suburb (This is the important part).Put in city/town and post code if you know it's correct, else click on the find Post code button to go to the NZPost website and find it there.Click the Update address button, and both couriers should pop up.If there is still a problem, it suggests the post code is still incorrect.Repeat the procedure, but look up the addr...
If it's in My Products, you can't delete an old shipping template. You've never been able to in MP, but you can rename it eg if you renamed it to zz-obsolete1 it would appear at the bottom of the list, so it might not bother you so much.
As a buyer, i prefer to get tracking info when it is booked as that confirms the seller has my order in hand as has arranged pickup, even if it is for the next day. Many sellers don't provide tracking till asked, and many don't email at all, so it is just a mystery until the item arrives. As a seller, i email when an item sells and thank buyer for order and advise them they will receive email when courier booked and that i will place feedback when order is collected and and on the way. When courier has picked up, i place feedback saying so.
You can change your name on your profile by yourself, but you'll need to ask Trademe if you want to change your membername. Have a read of the Help pages here concerning changing your membername and other details, specifically the section Update your username
