Got fooled by the buyer into sending item before payment - my fault for trusting her she has received parcel and not paid me trade me not offering any help

Does anyone have a contact email / phone number for Aramax or any advice ( that is in NZ not the fake NZ ones that are overseas ) 2 parcels were scanned 2 months ago, value of $1200, when you track they are still in Picton / Blenheim area. I have lodged over 10 complaints after a few days they come back "solved" with no phone call to me. PLEASE HELP
