As there are Urban address and then there are Rural addresses that cost an extra delivery fee on top of the standard shipping cost with the courier

Trademe, doing a permanent change is not true. If you can change it to the unusable crap it is right now.... it can be changed back or recreated to meet what sellers want. DO BETTER TM. Only a bully does what he wants and refuses to listen to people pleading for the useless changes to stop. Give sellers what we need to sell an items so can see the information all on the listing without having to do multiple clicks to open up pages just to figure out if they have paid. NOT HAPPY WITH TM
The loss of the Website version is very very annoying. The new layout is terrible. I need to be able to see all info at one time. Such as have they paid, which shipping option did they pick, I need notes so I can write shipping info. I can't even post bulk feedback. And the mobile app is so buggy with the worst being the loss of shipping info if I edit the listing. Honestly TM put an actual person who has sold some things on TM in charge of designing the layout instead of the useless the ones doing it now. ABSOLUTELY NOT IMPRESSED WITH THE LAYOUT. USELESS AND NOT USER FRIENDLY.
I did some research Shipping & delivery information – Help - Trade Me When you place a bid or Buy Now, you'll be asked to choose your destination and preferred service – if multiple are available. If your delivery destination isn't available, ask the seller. Mention your delivery area, but not your actual address – anyone can see the Q&A.
I never added Australia as a shipping option on my auction. An Australian resident hit "buy now" without even asking if I will ship to aussie. After they did a "buy now" I explained via email I dont ship to Aussie. They have now given me negative feedback which I want removed. Because it is not fair as they should have asked about Australia if that shipping option was not listed on the auction. Do I have to ship to Australia as part onTM rules?
