Looking to hear from buyers ideally. Here is my situation, the courier collects parcels from me every work day at around 8am (not ideal, but it is what it is). My question is, as a buyer, say you buy something at 9am, would you prefer to get the tracking number/link emailed to you right away (within minutes), with status "Tracking number allocated to parcel", with another tracking update the next day (not emailed, unless they've turned it on), saying it's been picked up. Or would you prefer the tracking details sent at say 5-7pm that day, after working hours. My thinking is, if I send track...
