Kia Ora Rowena, Sorry to read of the disappointment with this Trade for your Grandson, Have you contacted the Seller regarding the Faults? - What is the outcome? Is the Playstation New or second hand? - Is your Seller In Trade or a Private Seller? What was the date of purchase and what warranty did the PlayStation come with? Has your Grandson had any use of the PlayStation prior to it becoming Faulty? - What is the actual Fault? Your first point of contact is to your Seller allowing them to rectify the Fault(s) for you - Depending on the outcome here determines your next steps - In Trade Se...
Kia Ora Nathan, Members who meet the Top Seller status are automatically placed in the Top Seller program by TM - However to retain this status Members must continue to meet the requirements which are automatically checked every 6 weeks. - That being said TM may also award invited Sellers this status - as an incentive, as Gary NZStocked has provided. To automatically qualify as a Top Seller Members requirements are to: Be 'in trade'. Have had at least 60 sold items, or have made at least $10,000 in sales over the past six weeks. Have a 98% or higher positive feedback rating. Have a sell-th...
Kia Ora Dave, TM do not supply this option as a FPO is purely a second chance for the Buyer post auction to obtain a missed or undecided auction at time of closing & for the Seller to achieve a Sale here - as it is a second chance TM do not go through the process of requesting permission from the Buyer to supply the Seller their personal info' when the Seller can easily just relist the item and discussion can be had.
Kia Ora Les, Property Listings can only be edited within the first seven days of starting the listing. After which time if there is an issue with the Listing necessitating an Edit your option is to withdraw the Listing so you can make the changes and relist. Where relisting may be free any extras or features are not and are charged again each relist. Manipulating search results is not allowed. However if you have just relisted this and missed changing the date TM staff may be able to do this for you Or allow you to withdraw and relist, refunding you any extra fees that may be charged - If t...
Kia Ora Graeme, Are you attempting through the Desktop site or the App? - Are you able to try through the Desktop site or opposite of what you've attempted this far? - I've not heard any reports of this error recently though if another Member has they may be able to help further - Cheers.
Cheers for the update Ashton, I sincerely hope your parcel turns up for your Buyer & you. 😊 Cheers ladies, I eventually was refunded, minus shipping, upon proceeding to Disputes Tribunal - unfortunately though this is what throws skepticism between Buyers & Sellers - one never knows what the Buyer here may have experienced in the past. - I appreciate your advice and discussion here Thank you 😊
That would be extremely confusing for you Tania I agree, you are best to contact Aramex NZ direct with this enquiry and check your local delivery zone with them - Aramex Network Franchises are independently owned business owners or courier franchises, your local one is the best equipped to help you with this. - Sellers on TradeMe have no idea of your zone until they have entered both address's into the Aramex booking system therefore Aramex control the result here - All the Best - Cheers.
Kia Ora Tania, Alot of Sellers spread their shipping costs out on a pro rata to allow for the odd one which may come through with higher shipping costs than originally quoted. - This is a common encounter where shipping costs can change once the Actual sending address is known & both the Pick up to Delivery address's are calculated - Cheers.
I hear you Gina and I have actually taken to requesting a different courier of choice via the Q&A on live auctions prior to bidding - Most Sellers are Happy to oblige as they are able to do via TradeMe book a courier also. Meantime, as the receiver you can make your own contact enquiry with Aramex also, you can go direct to their Contact Us page from the web search Or 1) - if you go through the Aramex Contact Us on the top right of their menu, from their tracking screen or any other page you will come to a screen where you have the options to contact the local depot Or submit a parcel enqui...
Kia Ora Bob, Yes! you are correct, this is not a normal basic scheduled upgrade - TradeMe are gradually upgrading the system which is causing a disruption from the normal trading experience for a few Listings in some categories - The ability to make Fixed Price Offer's is 1 of the options they are hoping to have reinstalled in their New System early on this year 2025. - This feature is only missing for a few Listings in some categories currently, you may find other Listings have the function available. You can follow progress on the upgrades & intended reinstated features through the help f...
